Sorry for the complaining!

After one day into the week, and it was only a day at uni, I feel like it should be a Friday. I am so tired. I am no longer refreshed after the weekend. My body is a week behind. I am recovered from two weeks ago, but not from last week. I have school Tuesday to Friday each week, until after Christmas, when I have it five days a week. Like a normal teacher, then! Except without the pay. School tires me out four days a week. I wonder what I’ll be like five days a week, plus more planning, more teaching and more assignments. Who told me to do this PGCE thing?!

Today I walked home

Today, because on Tuesdays I have to improvise getting to and from school, I walked home from school. School takes approximately 15 minutes to drive to, on a good day. It took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to walk home. I would normally get the bus, at least from town to home, but I guessed that I didn’t have enough change on me. I did, though. I decided the exercise would do me good. And it probably did, although now it’s 10:30pm and I am so tired.

In other news, Squarepusher’s album Hello Everything is one of the best albums I’ve listened to this year. Playing it on the way home from Beth’s house this evening, I actually said “This is fantastic” out loud. That doesn’t happen often. Check it out, people. Squarepusher.

Back. It’s back. And Wordpress wins.

Well well well. d****h.co.uk is back. Who knows for how long! V****e.com still exists for photos and links and other such delights. But I decided a few days ago that I wanted to blog again. Perhaps it’s because I need an outlet whilst I work on mundane things such as lesson evaluations and observations. Or perhaps it’s because I’ve been reading Roald Dahl and he’s inspired me to write a little more. Either way, the blog is back.
